Entrepurpose is a movement. Like all journeys, they begin with the first step. Entrepurpose began as a book idea in 2011. I, Rusty, began to study the most successful business owners during the last century and noticed a trend every man and woman who has changed the world have had a high level of purpose, skill, and opportunity. Each person had a vision bigger than themself, was a master of a craft, and the market was willing to pay for it.
What if there was a way for the average person to identify and build a business around these three principles? The idea for Entrepurpose was born.
Every team member who works at Entrepurpose has identified their purpose and is expressing it in the company, so no matter who you interact with, you will know that they feel as you do and they have found what they were looking for. It is possible to know why you are here and how you can start achieving significance today. Let us help you find yours.
The Entrepurpose Team:
Purpose: "I exist to elevate perspective and empower purpose, so that people can make confident and clear choices to grow and be free."
About me: Reflect for a moment about every time you experienced anxiety. I bet you also felt unsure about your future. Usually, this is because you are unclear about what is the best decision to make. But, once you've made a decision, even if it ended up being the wrong one, a sense of confidence and resoluteness returns. This is because you gained a measure of clarity about the situation and what needed to be done.
What if there was a way to maintain that clarity walking into that stressful situation? How different would you feel knowing who you are and where you are going?
I have felt stuck and paralyzed by my perfectionistic tendencies. I have burned out trying to do everything to earn respect and love. But, I learned what my purpose was and values that drive me.
Over the years, I have developed a system to identify, understand and empower individuals to be their best selves. Entrepurpose is how I've scaled the belief that everyone can know and live their purposes.
My history: I'm no guru. I see myself as a guide and hope you would see the same. I am not better than you, but I have accumulated a lot of experience over the years.
I've been leading, teaching, and motivating people since I was a teenager. I was a pastor, manager, counselor, teacher, and public speaker. Prior to joining the Navy at 28 years old, I had 26 jobs and 7 businesses.
This journey was a quest to find out why I was here. Now that I have found my purpose, I make different decisions to live congruently with who I am. I still struggle, but the struggle is no longer with identity. My struggle now is to maximize freedom, continuously grow, and increase confidence for myself and those around me.
To help you, I promise to elevate your perspective and empower you to fulfill your purpose in life.
